Why Choose Us

We have a large number of the providers that are readily able to exam and deal with large quantities of patients with no reduction in the quality of care we provide. Appointment bookings are prioritized to accommodate the patient's schedule best and we do provide walk-in during our business hours. On occasional Saturdays, we open to both appointments and walk-ins.



We offer a wide range of appointment times to accommodate your schedule. Please call our office and our front desk staff will accommodate your desired time based on availability. If you are running late or need to reschedule your appointment, please call us as soon as possible.

ChildNet Medical Associates have given commendations to both Dr. New Sang, M.D. and Dr. Orathai Sangrujiveth, M.D. as Distinguished Physicians for their dedicated service, superior quality of care and significant contributions to meeting the healthcare needs of children. Dr. Sang has won Doctor's Choice Award in Pediatrics for the City of Fresno for the years: 2015, 2016, and 2017. 


Most recently in 2020, Sang Pediatrics was recognized by the Vaccine for Children (VFC) Program for our dedication to protecting children against the influenza virus for the 2019 -2020 season and given the Flu Excellence Award. During that time, our providers administered over 4000 flu shots. Sang Pediatrics was also given the Top Provider Award by both CalViva Health and Anthem Blue Cross of California for its continued high quality of care and service provided to their patients.

Insurance and Billing

We accept majority of plans including PPO’s and HMO’s for a variety of private insurances including but not limited to: Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Advantek, Blue Shield, CBA, Cigna, Delta, Health Comp, Humana, Pinnacle, Tri-Care, and United Health Care. We also accept regular Medi-Cal and its Managed Care Plans under Cal Viva/Health Net, Anthem Blue Cross, La Salle and Imperial. If you have an HMO or Medi-Cal plan, please confirm with your insurance provider that one of our doctors is listed as your primary care physician to ensure coverage.


If you do not have health insurance coverage, cash payment is also accepted.


All insurance co-payments and deductibles for service are due at the time of service and will be collected at check-in. If we do not have a contracted arrangement with your insurance plan, you will be expected to pay in full at the time of service.


We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express as payment options.
